the perfect cookie press?
i’m looking to buy a new cookie press as my old one has had it. on ebay i see lots of vintage sets. are they worth the purchase? i make cookies so regularly that this is an important purchase. is there a perfect cookie press?
i’ve used wilton before and it broke within the first few uses. my old cookie press is pedrini, an italian brand. i would love to hear another baker’s opinion.

I think that the perfect cookie press is “Biscuits(Marcato)” made in Italy. It has two settings for cookie thickness and is not at all finicky when it comes to the dough. It is made of Aluminum. I also own a Pampered Chef cookie press and I am happy with that one also.
