What is the trick to floating wine on top of an alcoholic mixed drink? I’m using a 8oz martini glass.?
bartender wants to make an alcoholic mixed drink where the wine floats on top. Having trouble making wine float.
It depends on the density of the liquids under it. Using a thick liquid underneath will make it easier, also pour the wine over the back of a spoon very gently.
