Do reproductions of Thomas Kinkade paintings still reflect light?
I want to buy a kinkade painting as a gift but obviously cannot buy an original. Do the reproduction/canvas still have the same Kinkade effect or is it just another painting?
The Kinkade illusion of bright warm light works well in reproductions. The appearance of bright light is based on the effects of the Haptic Illusion that shows that a light, bright, warm color appears even lighter, brighter and warmer when surrounded by duller, darker cooler colors.
