How to make instant coffee taste like coffee?
Im not a big coffee drinker, so i dont have a coffeemaker. I bought some Chock full o’ nuts instant coffee because it was on sale and it seemed like a well known brand.
Ive made maybe 5-6 cups of coffee with it, and so far it doesnt even taste like coffee at all. I try drinking it black and adding a bit of sugar but its just bitter and disgusting. The sugar doesnt even make it taste better, just more disgusting. There must be a way to make this stuff taste like actual coffee…They claim to be New York’s favorite, and I know NYC coffee is generally very tasty. Basically, I want to know what Im doing wrong because 1.5 tablespoons mixed with a cup of just-boiled water tastes AWFUL.
Do I need to add a ton of other stuff to it?
