How many pots and pans do you really need?
What do you really need in a kitchen? What can you really get by using?
I have:
8″ and 10″ hard anodized non stick saute pans
8″ and 12″ stainless steel fry pans
3 liter stainless sauce pan
2 quart stainless double boiler
1.5 stainless sauce pan
stainless pressure cooker
large stockpot w/strainer insert and steaming basket
two 10″ well-seasoned cast iron skillets
carbon steel wok
I have a ton of cookware, but assuming you’re talking about starting out.
2 qt. saucepan
Stock pot
2″ deep high-sided skillet
A small and large frying pan
I could get by on all those, but I love my cast iron and other pots and pans too.
