How do you get rid of burnt sugar in a stainless steel pot?
My mom was cooking a dish and put sugar in the pot, but accidentally let it burn.. so now there’s a huge layer of burnt sugar in the pot and we don’t know how to get it off. We’ve already tried soaking water and soap in it for a night, but that didn’t work. If there’s any specific brand of dish cleaner or method, PLEASE let me know 
Put a little water and a used dryer fabric softner sheet. Leave it over night and scrub it off with a good scrub.
