Cooking in a Cast Iron Skillet, What do I need to know?
Everyone tells me that cooking in a cast iron skillet is the way to go. How are the Calphlon Pre Seasoned Cast Iron Skillets? Should I go with Pre Seasoned? How Do I cook Chicken in one?
I like to season my own.
Seasoning it will take you a few weeks so if you don’t have that kind of time get a pre Seasoned one.
You would cook chicken the same way as you would cook it in another type skillet (it cooks better in a Cast Iron)
