Need Info: Green Mold on Rice?

I always buy brown rice. I cooked some last night for a meal and I noticed a couple of the grains were light green. I didn’t think about it because there only appeared to be a few – anyway – last nights dinner I felt fine – but I had left overs today and now my tummy feels upset…
Could the green have been mold on the rice which is in turn making me feel ill?

I doubt it was mold unless it was stored somewhere where it got wet.
Dry rice doesn’t get moldy.
Bugs yes, mold no.
I think it was something else you ate.
