I need help on revising my menu descriptions for culinary?
So far this is what the menu will say:
Italian Style Shrimp Pizza
Fresh Baguette filled with red pepper, tomato presto, and topped with grilled shrimp marinated witha hint of lemon, melting under Mozzarella.
Appetizer
Tossed Spinach salad topped with candy glazed walnuts; dried cranberries, and poppy and sesame seeds. Dressed with white wine vinegar and olive oil, with a hint of cider vinegar.
Dessert
Berry Parfait layered with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries and topped with granola and freshly whipped cream.
…any changes or improvements will be greatly appreciated.
only in highschool guys this thing is little and i can’t make changes to the recipe. just need help on making the menu descriptions sound more appetizing.
Shrimp Pizetta
Crostini with tomato pesto and grilled shrimp, shaved pecorino romano, lemon, olive oil ( Motz doesn’t add much flavor unless is fresh, Use shaved pecorino or parmesan)
Spinach with candied walnuts, cranberries, and champagne vinaigrette. (champagne vin has much more flavor than apple or white wine. (there is no point for two vinegars in one dressing ever, especially the two with the least flavor available)
For your parfait you can make a simple syrup and infuse it with, cinnamon,anise,cardamon. then toss your fruit in it before serving, adding a great level of flavor,
