What kind of meat (besides Tri Tip) do you tenderize?
Can you please help settle a small discussion I am having with my husband??
I know this sounds silly, but I “pound” my Tri Tip roasts to tenderize them (I have a great round tenderizer that I think is Pampered Chef – it hits the meat and has sharp metal rods that puncture the meat) and they always plump up real nice on the bbq. What other cuts of meat can I tenderize without ruining? Any help would be appreciated, and THANK YOU in advance!
