Method

12 oz. These are low fat Ricotta cheese, 3 graham crackers, finely crushed, , Grated peel of 1 lemon, 2/3 cup non-instant milk powder, 12 oz. Pour low fat hut cheese, 5 tbsp. Include lemon juice or to taste, Butter or oleo for pan, 4 eggs, separated, 2 tsp. With pure vanilla and 3/4 cup Fruit Sweet.
Method
Take a bowl and blend cheese, fruit sweet and egg yolk together. Add the milk powder to it and continue blending until the batter is smooth. After this add lemon strip and juice along with vanilla to the combination. Continue mixing it well till it becomes soft. Hit egg white separately until a nice foam is formed and then add it to the mixture and beat it again till it is well mixed. Take a 9 inches spring form pan and spread butter to the bottom. Place graham crackers crumbs on the pan till the entire area gets well buttered. Now put the mixture in the pan and dry it out at 350 degrees. You can mix little water in the oven to avoid drying. After baking for almost 45 minutes insert a incisor or knife to check if the cake is baked.
