Why do I burn steak every time I pan fry it on the stove?
Well it doesn’t really come out burned, but it gets really smokey in my place. What temperature should I have the element at? Does the size of frying pan make a difference? Oil or no oil?
first of all what ever temperature you have it at is probably to high. have it at medium or lower. and also don’t use oil, use a little butter before you put the steak in. butter is always the secret ingredient.
