How do I make a thin omelet?
I have a frying pan 15inches in diameter. I’m trying to make an omelet that spreads the entire pan and is wafer thin. I’ve been trying to do this for a while but every time I try to take it out, it becomes as mess. Expert cooks, can you help me. Thanks a lot
Spray enough cooking spray on the entire pan, wait until the pan heats up and then pour the omelet. Pay close attention, once you see that the bottom of the omelet has cooked, flip it over with 2 spatulas. One spatula will support the other when flipping it over. Do not flip it over if it does not look cook, this will make a mess.
I do thin omelets all the time and this works, good luck =)
