Is there a good reason NOT to use multi-grain bread as bread crumbs?
I use it for most everything but I’m wondering there’s a reason restaurants (5 Star, all Natural) typically just use white breads.
I use it for meatloaf, crumbled on top of casseroles….jsut trying to see if there’s a reason. Maybe it’s too moist, or the grains don’t react well…I don’t know!
Multigrain usually has some of the whle grain pieces in it, wich makes for a variable texture.
Also white bread is MUCH cheaper.
