How long can you keep Martha Stewart’s ice-cream cone cupcakes without them going bad?
This is for anyone who has made these cupcakes before. The recipe says “serve immediately”, but I need to make them for an event early in the morning, and was planning on making them the night before. I found another ice-cream cone cupcake recipe and it says that those can be stored for three days before going bad. I don’t want to use that recipe, so I was hoping someone could tell me if the Martha Stewart ones could be stored overnight.
My Mother made these over 35 years ago for me and our classroom. I have made some before and find that if you put them in a ziplock they soften up/ I’d keep them out so a little air can get to them or in what ever your going to transfer them in without the lid on and they should be fine. A alternative is to bake a few before and try a couple to see how they last.
