Good morning, could you please help me choose between these two appliances…?

I’m a single female and I have just moved to an apartment without a stove.
I’m vegetarian and I eat mostly raw veggies and fruits, I rarely steam but I do it once in a whil with hard veggies that needs to be steamed, I have a juicer and would love to brew tea and cook my daily oats, which appliance is the best choice and why?
Any pros and cons of each?

If it were me….I would always want 2 burners….But this is a personal preference…You are really the only one that can make this decision………
I just looked and there are a lot of less expensive burners…………….
