How do i fry Tilapia?…without it sticking!!!?
So…i have some peices of Tilapia and i have a 8-12 inch skillet with oil in it….how do i fry this baby without it sticking!
I always seem to make a tilapia mush…IT ALL FALLS APART AND STICKS LIKE GLUE TO THE SKILLET!
i dont want to deep fry it, i want it to cook and get golden/brown on both sides.
You have to turn down the heat and let the outside cook first. Flip it fairly often. Once it seems slightly brown on the outside, jack up the heat to high and let it finish cooking the outsides till it’s brown. Always add oil, parsley, garlic and lots of good coating around it and you should be fine. I used to make Tilapia mush too till I just let it cook on medium first.
