Bisquick heart smart baking mix cookies and cake recipes?

I want to make healthy cookies and cakes using bisquick heart smart, so I’d prefer little or no butter or other unhealthy things. Dark chocolate is fine, though!
I’m not fat-phobic. I’m fine with good fat. I’m not calorie-phobic. I’m not carb-phobic… I just want healthy-ER cookies and cake.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup healthy butter substitute like Earthbound

3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

1 egg or 2 egg whites

2 cups Bisquick

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces

How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies
Heat oven to 375° (quick mod.).
Mix butter, sugar, and egg well.
Stir in Bisquick, nuts, and chocolate pieces.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2″ apart on un-greased baking sheet.
Bake about 10 min., until lightly browned.
