Anyone have a good Onion ring recipe minus the eggs?

Well there’s a lot of good recipes out there I’m just lacking eggs at the moment, that and my sister is allergic to them. Anyone know some good egg less ones?

This is the one I make

3 cups pancake mix or flour
1 cup beer or milk
1 Tablespoon seasoning salt
2 Tablespoons sugar

Mix well, you want a thick batter, you may have to add a little more liquid to it. Dip the onions in and fry in hot oil over a medium heat until golden brown turn once.
