Free Cone Day, Free Pastry Day | Free Treats Tuesday
March 23, 2010 will be a great day for just about anybody that has a sweet tooth – Ben and Jerry’s will be holding their annual Free Cone Day, and Starbucks Coffee will be holding their Free Pastry Day at the same time. Free Pastry Day has a few strings, and runs only until 10:30am on Tuesday morning. Free Cone Day will start at noon and end at 6pm. Free Cone Day and/or Free Pastry Day – doesn’t matter what you choose, you will sure get a little shot of sweet debt relief on Free Treats Tuesday.
Early morning to 10:30 am – It’s Free Pastry Day!
Tuesday morning will be a good morning to visit Starbucks, that is if you’re an early-riser. From opening (midnight at some 24-hour locations) until 10:30am, Starbucks across the nation will be participating in Free Pastry Day. You can get a free pasty at Starbucks if you purchase any drink – so you probably won’t need a loan, but you will have to spend money to get your Free Pastry Day pastry. You will have to show your barista the coupon – either print it out or show it to them on the screen of any mobile device.
Free Cone Day from noon to 8 pm
If you’re not up for a Free Pastry Day pastry, you can get a Free Cone Day ice cream treat from Ben and Jerry’s. Free Cone Day, which started in 1979, was formed to show appreciation to all of Ben and Jerry’s customers and their support. On Free Cone Day, you won’t have to buy anything to get your free ice cream; simply show up and ask for your Free Cone Day ice cream cone. If you’re having trouble finding a participating Ben and Jerry’s, use their scoop shop locator. The best part is, there is no limit at Free Cone Day – so if you want to try all three of their new flavors, you can!
