whn the people say that you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day…?
does that include soda water and cordial, not just straight water? i mean of coarse i do drink a bit of water but say i drink 4 glasses of just straight water, but i may also drink say 3 of raspberry cordial with soda water and 2 of raspberry cordial with just plain water ( my intake yesterday) all of my friends say ” Erin of corse you have pimples, you don’t drink enough water. but i drink more than just 8 i had 9, but only 4 straight water. My friends say but no erin that has sugar in it. My Stomach doesn’t know that, i could have had a few lollies as well as the water.

If you drink juice, eat fruit, or eat food with lots of liquid then you probably don’t need to have that 8 glasses of water per day. Don’t force yourself to down too much water…. in extreme cases, excess water intake can cause water-toxicity to your body.
