Usage Braided Copper Wire
The braiding of copper wires is also done to Electrolytic Copper Wire (the purest form of copper wire) after being drawn and annealed. The main point is that identical wires only are Braided together. This is done for all the different varieties of copper wire like Bare Copper, Silver Plated, Tin Plated, which are then put to different uses depending on their utility. These uses are Shielding Cable, for making wire for earthing, soldering, Wire Assembly, CRT Earthing, MCV, Control Panel, Switch Gear Box, etc.
The braided copper wire is put through a conductor for making a standard copper wire. The conductor’s two terminals are made of copper pipes with surface coating of tin or silver. It connector is made according to the specifications given by the customers. The wire is passed through special processing to make its joints flexible and also its grounding. The copper wires’ conductance ratio is high i.e. it is a good conductor of electricity and it fatigues very late, in other words it is long-lasting rather than brittle.
