Someone pulled a knife on my boyfriend at work. What should he do?
My boyfriend is a manager at a restaurant and one cooks pulled a knife on him. This was done in front of the owner of the restaurant and he told the guy who pulled a knife on my boyfriend to continue working. The guy didn’t even get suspended. Legally, what options does my boyfriend have?
Tempers flair in busy kitchens; I’m sure the cook never intended to hurt your boyfriend. Nobody got hurt; just get on with your lives… why create more hassle?
