whats the difference in candy cobalt blue and cobalt blue?

i am wanting to paint my truck and my flat black helmet in a candy blue cobalt paint but was wondering if the “candy” part was something the painter did to give it that effect? also what are some web sites/stores i could compare prices of this kind of paint? if you could answer my question i would appreciate it!

cobalt blue is usually a dark color…maybe ‘candy’ is more shiny and ‘hot’…look them up…there are websites for that.
