How To Put A Comforter In A Duvet Cover

The question on how to put a comforter in a duvet cover has come up so many number o times in home improvement forums that I participate in. Today, after a careful thought I decided to spare just a few minutes to write a quick how-to-guide on this topic. In just a matter of minutes you will have the steps to fold your pink and white duvet covers, dupion silk duvet covers or what ever type you own
The first thing you may need to do is turn the duvet cover inside out. This is probably the most important steps in this methodology and is quite useful as you will later realise.
Now take your beautiful comforter and lay it flat on the bed or on a flat surface. Then you will also have to spread the duvet cover on top of the comforter – remember that is should now be turned inside out.
Then spread your hands to access the inside part of the cover, which is now on the outside. Reach out to grab two corners of the cover. While still holding the cover reach out to find the corners of the comforter and hold it all together.
From there is it is quite straight forward – all you have to do is to let the cover “suck” the comforter in by gently shaking as you raise the bedding off the bed or flat surface.
It’s as easy as that believe me. From here you can simply button up your duvet cover to enclose the comforter inside and just like that your question on how to put a comforter in a duvet cover will be answered.
