Is cutting cheese out of my diet good for me?
I dont eat a ton of cheese, but I would like to cut something fattening in my diet, and cheese is about one of the most fattening things that I eat daily…anyone have any advice, suggestions, input? Has anyone ever done this? I do not wan to cut bread, as I know I would crave it.
Most cheeses are very fattening and about 50% fat, so cutting them out is a reasonable thing to do. Some would claim that you need cheese as part of a healthy diet, but I don’t believe that dairy is at all necessary to the diet of a human. Dairy is nature’s perfectly designed food for making a 50lb calf into a 500lb cow in six months, and it’s not good for much of anything else. Cutting the cheese (not cutting OUT the cheese) is, however, a very fun, noisy and stinky affair, and I would also recommend that it be done frequently.
