Racing officials communicate with NASCAR drivers by waving various flags. What does it mean when an official is waving a blue flag with a yellow stripe?
Ok, I knew this answer.
But it seems as if this flag doesn’t exist anymore.

That flag is to tell slower cars to move out of the way. For instance if a lapped car is holding up someone on the lead lap, they’ll display the flag to let the lead lap car pass.
