(Francisco Kjolseth | The Salt Lake Tribune) Beer flows into a cup through a hole between two magnets at the bottom of a cup in the new Bottoms Up beer dispenser. It produces no or very little head by using magnets at the bottom of the cup to close up the hole where a valve pokes through to fill it.
