When baking brownies, can I put aluminum foil on top of the metal pan and then spray the foil with Spam?
Or am I supposed to wash the metal pan and not use any aluminum foil?
I’ve never made brownies before 
Because the directions say “Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of pan”.
Yes, but you might want to spray with Pam rather than Spam (giggle).
Meat-flavored brownies just don’t sound good.
Just teasing you…the foil will make it easier to lift the brownies out of the pan when they’re cool, then you can cut them without cutting into your pan. I would spray the bottom of the pan before you line it with foil, too.
