fridge too tall, must trim cabinet?
I measured, but it turns out my new fridge in about 1/8″ too tall to fit under the kitchen cabinet. The feet on the fridge are not adjustable. I can trim about 1/2″ off the cabinet lip and still get the doors open – what would be the best way to do this? The cabinets are oak. Thanks.
That sounds like a bad idea on so many levels. Is it possible for you to move the cabinets up 1/2-3/4″? it will take you a few hours, but will work much better than trying to cut the cabinet. There are a lot of ways that can go wrong. E-mail me if you need any more help on this.
